SYNOPSIS
PTC_MOMENTS,

Description
Calculates moments previously selected with the
ptc_select_moment command.
It uses maps saved by the ptc_twiss command, hence, the savemaps switch of
ptc_twiss must be set to true (default) to be able to calculate moments.
